2015 Event Notes
We look forward to seeing everyone this Sunday! Here are some important notes on access and navigation…
The Library is closed until 12 noon to the public so there is only one door you can use to get in starting at 8:00 am. The door will be locked with a volunteer letting people in. This door is called the Paul O’Regan entrance, it’s near the rear of the building and the parking lot.
Parking. There are 80 free spaces available in the underground parking for the day. The gravel parking lot has a two hour free limit and there is street parking for free all day. We encourage you to use public transit. Try out this handy dandy app, Transit 360, to check bus routes by our sponsor Mindsea.
Coffee will be ready for you at 8:00 am, catered by Pavia – bring your own mug please! Registration starts at 8:30 and sessions at 9:15.
We are working on a coat check!! Yay!! This initiative is dependent on the magic of McFarlands, the Library and the coat check fairy but we will tweet about it as soon as we know. It will likely involve you making a little donation which we hope will go to some kind of charity.
If you are hosting a session, make sure you run through the notes on the Presenter Mojo blog post so that you have the right information to deliver well.
