About Duane Jones
Growing up, Duane was a quiet and artistic kid who expressed creativity through illustration. Born and raised in Bermuda, he attended Bermuda College where he majored in Art and Design and started exhibiting his art in local galleries. After graduating from Bermuda College Duane moved to Halifax to pursue a degree in Communication Design at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
Since graduating in 2004, he’s worked in the fields of art, graphic design, information management and now fashion through his clothing brand, Art Pays Me. Creativity is a powerful, misunderstood and undervalued tool. Through graphic apparel and products, Art Pays Me celebrates the people who use creativity in business, art and social good.
